1. Category :
a) Film
  • A roll of film will be provided to 35mm film camera users. Please visit registration office to collect your film.
  • The films will be sent to a professional film lab for processing by the organizer
b) Digital
  • Suggest using at least 3 mega pixel resolution
  • The original format must burn into CD for submission
  • All images to be uploaded to www.dpi-club.com (Please resize to the smaller possible resolution).
c) All participants must submit not more then 36 images

  • I agree, all negative and digital images will not returned and shall become the property of the organizer. I hereby agreed to allow the organizer to use and reproduce all photographs, negatives and digital images for future publications, exhibitions, publicity materials and etc. without prior consent from or payment to me.
  • Entrant agrees to and releases the organizer, promotion partners, and agents, from all liability of any type.
  • The final selection by the organizer / panel of judges is final and no correspondence or discussion regarding the selection will be entertained.
  • During the course of event, the organizer will not be held responsible for any loss of property, accident, loss, mishap or whatsoever that the participant may encounter.
  • The organizer reserves the rights to amend the rules and regulations without further notice.
